PURCHASING A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Pacific Peaks Balloon Company will provide our Customers with a Gift Certificate upon request. Gift Certificates are a great way to surprise some on that special occasion. PACIFIC PEAKS BALLOON COMPANY, LLC DOES NOT OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR SALE OTHER THAN THROUGH OUR ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM, OR BY CONTACTING US. WE DO NOT OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR SALE THROUGH ANY INTERNET SALE OUTLET. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY ATTEMPT TO REDEEM CERTIFICATES PURCHASED FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN OURSELVES. ANY DISPUTE OVER CERTIFICATES NOT PURCHASED FROM US WILL BE BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER. PACIFIC PEAKS BALLOON COMPANY, LLC WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO ANY SUCH DISPUTE.
Gift Certificates are available for all our flight packages at no additional cost.
Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Customer may call and schedule their flight for a date that meets their schedule
CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS:
If you are considering purchasing a Hot Air Balloon Ride Certificate, we suggest you carefully investigate your Seller prior to purchase. Some Companies advertise Flight Coupon and Gift Certificate sales on a national level. These Companies are nothing more than brokerage firms contracting with Ride Providers throughout the United States. They have absolutely no obligation other than the sale of the certificates. They have little, if any, knowledge about the Ride Provider, their operation or safety record. The Certificate you purchase from us will be for an Adventure with Us. Contact us directly if you have any question about Gift Certificate Purchases.
REFUNDS:
We recognize that the giving a Gift Certificate may seem like a great gift, some people receiving it may not desire to utilize the Gift Certificate. Rather than having dissatisfied customers, we are willing to work with our customers to find a workable solution as outlined below. We do not encourage the resale of Gift Certificates without our approval.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, or transferable and have no cash value with the following exceptions:
A Gift Certificate purchased to be given as a gift to someone may be returned for a refund, less expenses, within 15 days from date of purchase, should it be determined that the receiver of the Gift has no desire to fly in a Hot Air Balloon. Should the receiver not desire to fly but wants another to receive the flight, the Certificate may be transferred providing that Pacific Peaks Balloon Company, LLC is notified and grants approval.
GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR FUND RAISING EVENTS:
Many times throughout the year we participate in advertising or non-profit fund raising activities by offering Gift Certificates as donations or reduced rates. These Certificates are intended to be used for the activity in which they were Issued. THESE CERTIFICATES MAY BE NOT BE SOLD OR RESOLD EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE IN WHICH THEY WERE ORIGINALLY INTENDED. THESE CERTIFICATES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, OR TRANSFERABLE, AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE. We will gladly assist purchaser?s with alternate arrangements should their plans change after purchasing an Ad or Donation certificate. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OR HONOR ANY GIFT CERTIFICATE WHICH HAS BEEN RESOLD FOLLOWING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE
