This Silent Auction Item will be the hit of the Fundraiser, and we'll give it to you, FREE! We are a member of a National Association of 200 Professional Hot Air Balloon Pilots, dedicated to "Giving Back to the Community" and through this Association we will donate a free hot air balloon ride ticket to any Non-Profit Organization that is having a Silent Auction Fundraiser. During the past 8 years over 10,000 Schools, Churches, Charities and Community Organizations have raised millions of dollars auctioning off these hot air balloon ride tickets.
Here is All You Have to Do to Get Your Free Ticket. (Non-Profits only).
1. The Chairperson of the Silent Auction should go to WWW.FundraisingRides.Org and download the Free Ride Silent Auction Kit. The kit contains posters and information about the ride. At the top of the poster for the Hot Air Balloon Ride for One, please write our company name, Pacific Peaks Balloon Company, LLC, right after the words "Donated By."
2. Then on the day of the Silent Auction, set up the kit and watch the bidding go wild! Everyone wants to go on a Balloon Ride! You will sell one ticket for sure, that always happens. You will probably get between $180 and $220 for the first one. That money is all yours, our donation to you. If you sell more than one, after the auction you will buy the additional tickets below cost at $120 each and pocket the profit. Most charities sell 4 or 5 additional tickets, and make about $100 on each ticket. After the auction, FundraisingRides.org will send you the ticket(s) you need.
3. Then the willing bidder just calls us at (503)590-5250 to scheule his or her balloon ride. The ticket is good for 12 months. They will have a great ride with us, people always do. We love to fly! Or, if they wish they can take their ride while on vacation at any one of 200 other locations nationwide. They get a list of all the locations with their ticket.
